MCC remained unbeaten yet again and Aztecs Sunday 3rd XI registered their first win of the season. Congratulations to week 11 winners MCC, Martians, BMCC, Aztecs CC and Challengers.
BMCC won against London Strikers convincingly on Saturday at Bedford by 5 wickets. Batting first LS were all-out for 174. BMCC chased the target comfortably loosing 5 wickets. Sreekumar Nair scored an excellent half century for BMCC to guide the team to victory.
Challengers won against Desperadoes convincingly by 10 wickets on Saturday at Watford. Batting first Desperadoes were all out for 74. Vinod Sasi, Felix Joseph & Robin Chandi took 3 wickets each. In reply challengers reached the target without losing a wicket.
MCC won by 216 runs against Griffins on Saturday at Fairlop. Batting first MCC scored 258 in 40 overs. Captain Praveen Kumar and Nabeel Muhammed scored half centuries for MCC. Griffins were all out for low score. Imam Muhammed to 6 wickets for MCC.
Martians won against Panthers 27 runs in a low scoring contest on Sunday at Southall. Batting first Martians were all out for 102. In reply Panthers were bowled out for 75. Captain Ramees Hassan took 4 wickets for Martians.
In an exciting game, Aztecs CC Sunday 3rd XI beat London Sports Club by 26 runs. Batting first Aztecs were all out for 134. In reply LSC bowled out for 108. First win for Aztecs this season.
