BMCC won against Challengers convincingly on Saturday at Hainault. Batting first, BMCC scored a good total on the board with the help of their top order batted sensibly without losing early wickets. Later Tomy Varkey took 5 wickets for BMCC to end Challengers innings without much resistance.
Another game played on Saturday at Fairlop where MCC beat Griffins in a tough battle where Griffins failed to chase a good target set by MCC with a team batting performance. Later Zaibakash Muhammed & Shahul Hameed took 4 and 3 wickets each to bowl out Griffins.
London strikers beat JLCC in a huge margin at Fairlop on Saturday. Earlier Strikers registered a good total on the board with most of their batsmen chipping in with double figures. Later ace alrounder Sujith Soman took 6 wickets to bowl out JLCC.
Panthers won against Martians in a nail biting contest at Bromley on Sunday. Batting first Martians set up a relatively low target for Panthers to chase as they lost regular wickets. Later panthers lost a couple of early wickets but Captain Midlaj Mukriyan, Muhammed Rafi & Hasan Vallikkadan steadied their innings to victory in the end.
